Created to celebrate and promote the incredible collection of talented musicians currently illuminating the Cornish music scene.

The first event of its kind in Cornwall, designed to bring together all the creative forces driving the scene forward, with a night of fabulous entertainment, debauchery and celebration. A suitably motley crew of Cornish Music Industry individuals decided the nominations, with the real power going to the people, as they decide which of the current cream has the most support.

Of course any event like this can only reveal a tiny slice of the rich and diverse creativity out there, and is not meant as a definitive list. We know many brilliant artistes haven’t squeezed through to the final nominations this time, but please remember this is pat on the back for those who have, not a slap in the face for those who haven’t.

Next year we plan for the event to be even bigger with more categories so get involved and show how important live original music is to all of us.
